QRS offers a number of services tailored to meet your specific needs. Satisfactions surveys, training, focus groups, technical assistance, and mediation are some of the individualized services we provide. Satisfaction Surveys
Take the pulse of your business. How are you really doing? Are your clients/customers/consumers returning or moving on to other providers? Do consumers think you offer a quality service? 
Training
Does your staff need specialized training? We offer a variety of training packages, customized to meet your needs, such as communication skills, mediation skills, cultural competency, and ADA compliance.
Focus Groups

CQRT For You
Quality Review Services, Inc. has the experience and expertise to consult with State Departments of Mental Health and Consumer Groups with a very practical “how to” approach to creating a Consumer Quality Review Team to fit your specific needs. We have been there. We have made mistakes. We have had real successes. Learn from us and start in the middle, instead of at the fringes. We are consumers first and foremost. Some of us are family members and some of us are professional service providers, but we have all been consumers of mental health services at some time in our lives. Many of us are currently in treatment. We know the territory.
 
We have a number of levels of consultation to offer your organization:

· On-site - “A day in the life of QRS” at our site, observe a real interview, receive overview materials

· Preliminary - One day of planning and general program design at our site or yours: Is CQRT right for you?

· Infrastructure - Three days of organizational planning: staffing, equipment, site, method, data management

· Administrative - Includes prototypes of policies, procedures, corporate by-laws/articles of incorporation

· On-going Support - 3, 6, or 12 months of continuous support by phone and monthly onsite meetings
