Quality Review Services began as a project to evaluate the public mental health system in Ohio from a consumer prospective.  QRS has evolved into a consumer research agency, looking at many sides of mental health.

We design surveys to meet specific needs... consumer satisfaction, quality reviews, preference surveys.  Our state of the art real-time database has been highlighted nationally.

We offer customized training, focus group leadership, mediation (through our Mediate Solutions subsidiary), technical assistance, program design, and consultation.

Our concentration is on mental health, inside and outside of the mental health system.
